摘要：SnapCal 是一款饮食记录工具，所有营养数值都是估算，不是医疗设备也不提供医疗建议。SnapCal Pro 是自动续期的订阅，费用由 Apple 收取，你可以随时在「设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅」中取消。
本条款的中英文版本如有歧义，以中文版本为准。
SnapCal Terms of Use
Summary: SnapCal is a food-logging tool. Every nutrition value is an estimate, and it is neither a medical device nor medical advice. SnapCal Pro is an auto-renewing subscription charged by Apple, and you can cancel at any time in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English text, the Chinese version prevails.
1. 条款的适用
本条款适用于你在 iPhone 上使用 SnapCal（Bundle ID com.wolel.snapcal，以下简称「本 App」）。下载、安装或使用本 App 即表示你同意本条款；如果你不同意，请不要使用。
本 App 通过 Apple App Store 分发，Apple 的《媒体服务条款》和 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议（EULA）同样适用于你的使用行为（apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes）。如本条款与 Apple 标准 EULA 冲突，就 App Store 相关事项以 Apple 的规定为准。
1. Scope of these terms
These terms cover your use of SnapCal on iPhone (bundle ID com.wolel.snapcal, “the app”). By downloading, installing or using the app you agree to them; if you do not agree, please do not use it.
The app is distributed through the Apple App Store, so Apple’s Media Services Terms and the Apple standard end-user licence agreement (EULA) also apply to your use (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes). Where these terms conflict with Apple’s standard EULA, Apple’s terms govern App Store matters.
2. 许可与使用范围
我们授予你一项个人、非商业、不可转让、不可再许可的许可，用于在你拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上使用本 App。
你同意不进行以下行为：
- 反向工程、反编译、破解或试图绕过 App 的功能限制（包括免费版每天的识别次数）
- 把 AI 识别接口当成通用图像识别服务来批量调用，或用于自动化的商业用途
- 复制、出售、出租、再分发本 App 或其素材，或在未经许可的情况下使用 SnapCal 名称与图标
- 上传违法内容，或利用本 App 从事违反当地法律的活动
如果你违反上述约定，我们可能停止向你提供服务（包括在必要时通过技术手段限制使用）。
2. Licence and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control.
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, crack or attempt to bypass app limits, including the daily scan allowance on the free plan
- Use the AI recognition endpoint as a general-purpose image service, or for automated commercial purposes
- Copy, sell, rent or redistribute the app or its assets, or use the SnapCal name and icon without permission
- Upload unlawful content or use the app for anything illegal in your jurisdiction
If you breach these rules we may stop providing the service to you, including by technically limiting use where necessary.
3. 服务说明
SnapCal 帮你把饮食记快一点：拍一张照片，AI 识别食物与大致分量，热量和营养素主要由设备上的参考表计算，参考表中没有的食物由智能识别服务估算。识别与估算可能出错，我们不做任何准确率保证；请你自行核对并调整分量。
使用 AI 识别等功能需要使用 Apple 登录，并在登录时勾选同意本条款和隐私政策。AI 识别依赖第三方智能识别服务与网络连接，可能因服务不可用、网络中断、额度限制等原因暂时不可用，此时你仍然可以手动记录。我们可能在不另行通知的情况下改进或调整识别模型。
本 App 不是医疗设备，也不提供医疗建议。所有数值仅供参考，不能替代医生、营养师的诊断和建议。
3. What the service is
SnapCal makes food logging faster: you take a photo, the AI identifies the food and an approximate portion, and calories and nutrients are calculated mainly from a reference table on the device; foods not in the table are estimated by the intelligent recognition service. Recognition and estimates can be wrong; we make no accuracy guarantee, so please review and adjust portions yourself.
AI features require Sign in with Apple and agreeing to these terms and the Privacy Policy on the sign-in screen. AI recognition depends on a third-party intelligent recognition service and a network connection and may be temporarily unavailable (outages, connectivity, quotas). Manual logging keeps working regardless. We may improve or change the recognition model without notice.
The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. All values are for reference only and cannot replace advice from a doctor or dietitian.
4. 订阅、自动续费与免费试用
SnapCal Pro 提供三档自动续期订阅，三档同属「SnapCal Pro」订阅群组，你可以随时在 App Store 的订阅设置里升级或降级：
- 月度订阅（com.wolel.snapcal.pro.monthly）· 每 1 个月续期
- 半年订阅（com.wolel.snapcal.pro.halfyear）· 每 6 个月续期
- 年度订阅（com.wolel.snapcal.pro.yearly）· 每 12 个月续期。该档可能提供免费试用。
价格：以 App 内购买页面显示的当地价格为准（不同国家和地区的价格不同，由 Apple 按汇率换算）。
扣费与自动续费：确认购买后，费用从你的 Apple ID 账户扣除。订阅会自动续期，除非你在当前订阅期结束前至少 24 小时取消；系统会在当前期结束前 24 小时内按你选择的周期再次扣费。免费试用（如当前提供）：试用期内不收费，试用结束会自动转为付费订阅，除非在试用结束前至少 24 小时取消；试用期内未使用的部分不予退还。
如何取消：iPhone「设置 → 你的名字（Apple 账户）→ 订阅」→ 选择 SnapCal Pro → 「取消订阅」；也可以在 App Store 的账户页面管理。取消后，在你已付费的当期结束前仍可继续使用 Pro 功能。只删除 App 不会取消订阅。
退款：由 Apple 按其政策处理。我们不掌握你的支付信息，无法直接为你退款；请通过 reportaproblem.apple.com 申请。
价格调整：如订阅价格发生变化，我们会依 Apple 的规则提前通知你；你可以在此之前取消订阅。
4. Subscriptions, auto-renewal and free trials
SnapCal Pro offers three auto-renewing subscriptions. All three sit in the same “SnapCal Pro” subscription group, so you can upgrade or downgrade in your App Store subscription settings at any time:
- Monthly (com.wolel.snapcal.pro.monthly) · renews every 1 month
- Six months (com.wolel.snapcal.pro.halfyear) · renews every 6 months
- Yearly (com.wolel.snapcal.pro.yearly) · renews every 12 months. A free trial may be offered on this plan.
Price: the local price shown on the in-app purchase screen applies, and varies by country and region (set by Apple from the base price and exchange rates).
Charging and renewal: payment is charged to your Apple ID account on confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the account is charged for the next period within the final 24 hours. Free trial (where offered): no charge during the trial, and it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a trial is not refunded.
How to cancel: on iPhone go to Settings → your name (Apple Account) → Subscriptions, choose SnapCal Pro, then Cancel Subscription; you can also manage it from your App Store account page. After cancelling you keep Pro features until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds: handled by Apple under their policies. We never see your payment details and cannot issue refunds directly, so please request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Price changes: if subscription prices change we will notify you in line with Apple’s rules, and you can cancel before the change takes effect.
5. 免费版与 Pro
免费版包含：每天 3 次 AI 识别（含拍照、营养标签、运动分析等，共用次数），以及不限次数的手动搜索记录、快速记热量、最近吃过与复制这一餐、饮食日记、体重记录、最近 7 天的数据洞察和数据导出（JSON）。免费版会展示广告。
SnapCal Pro 在此基础上增加：每天 60 次 AI 识别、无广告、更深入的洞察与趋势、完整历史记录、自定义热量与营养素目标（含周末目标）。若订阅到期，App 会回到免费版额度，你已记录的内容不会被删除，只是部分功能（例如超出免费额度的历史范围）会受限。
5. Free plan and Pro
The free plan includes 3 AI uses a day (shared by photo scans, nutrition labels, exercise analysis and similar features), plus unlimited manual search logging, quick calorie entry, recent foods and copy-meal, the diary, weight tracking, 7 days of insights and data export (JSON). The free plan shows ads.
SnapCal Pro adds 60 AI uses a day, no ads, advanced insights and trends, full history, and custom calorie and macro targets (including weekend targets). If a subscription lapses the app returns to free-plan limits; what you have already logged is not deleted, though some features (for example history beyond the free range) become restricted.
6. 你的责任
你需要自行判断记录与数值是否适合你的情况，并在必要时咨询专业人士。请勿把本 App 用于诊断、治疗或任何医疗决策。请妥善保管你的设备与 Apple ID —— 未登录时，记录保存在本机，开启 iCloud 同步（默认开启）时还会在你的私人 iCloud 中保留一份；登录后，可恢复的内容以最近成功同步的快照为准，餐食照片仍可能只存在本机。
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for judging whether the entries and values suit your situation and for consulting a professional where needed. Do not use the app for diagnosis, treatment or any medical decision. Keep your device and Apple ID secure: when you are signed out, records stay on the device, with an extra copy in your private iCloud while iCloud sync is on (the default); after sign-in, recovery is limited to the latest successful snapshot, and meal photos may still remain local-only.
7. 知识产权
本 App 的软件、界面设计、图标、文案与商标归我们或相应权利人所有。你记录的饮食数据属于你，我们对它没有任何权利主张。Apple、App Store、iPhone、Health 等是 Apple Inc. 的商标。
7. Intellectual property
The app’s software, interface design, icon, copy and marks belong to us or their respective owners. The food data you log belongs to you and we claim no rights over it. Apple, App Store, iPhone and Health are trademarks of Apple Inc.
8. 服务变更与终止
我们可能增加、修改或停止某些功能，也可能因维护、第三方服务中断或我们无法控制的原因暂停服务。如果本 App 整体停止提供，我们会尽量提前在 App 内或本页面告知，并建议你在此之前导出数据。如果你违反本条款，我们可以终止你的使用许可。
8. Changes and termination
We may add, change or remove features, and may suspend the service for maintenance, third-party outages or reasons beyond our control. If the app is discontinued entirely we will try to give notice in-app or on this page in advance, and we recommend exporting your data before then. If you breach these terms we may terminate your licence to use the app.
9. 免责与责任限制
本 App 按「现状」和「现有」提供，我们不作任何形式的明示或默示保证，包括对适销性、特定用途适用性或不侵权的保证。我们不保证识别结果准确、服务不中断或没有错误。
在法律允许的最大范围内，对于因使用或无法使用本 App 而产生的间接、附带、特殊或后果性损失（包括数据丢失、利润损失），我们不承担责任。如相关法律不允许上述限制，则以法律要求为准；在任何情况下，我们的累计责任不超过你在过去 12 个月内为本 App 支付的金额。
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that recognition results are accurate or that the service is uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, including lost data or lost profits. Where applicable law does not allow such limits, those limits do not apply; in any event our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the previous 12 months.
10. 适用法律与争议
本条款适用你居住国家或地区的法律（不影响你依法享有的强制性消费者保护权利）。如发生争议，请先写信到 support@capyka.com 与我们沟通，我们会尽力友好解决。
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the country or region where you live, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have. If a dispute arises, please email support@capyka.com first and we will do our best to resolve it amicably.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the new date will appear on this page. Material changes will be surfaced in the app, and continuing to use SnapCal after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
