Who SnapCal is for
SnapCal is an everyday food-logging tool for iPhone that reduces typing and makes meals, nutrients and weight trends easier to review. It provides estimates and records, not medical diagnosis.
A good fit for
- People who want to draft a meal from a photo.
- People tracking calories and all three macros.
- People who repeat meals and want to copy logs.
- People who want weight trends or optional Apple Health support.
Not designed for
- Medical-grade accuracy or treatment plans.
- Logging without reviewing recognition and portions.
- Android or other unsupported platforms.
- Inferring every recipe, oil amount and exact weight from a photo.
Accounts and connectivity
You can start local logging without signing in. Manual logging works offline; photo recognition needs internet access. Sign in with Apple, cloud sync, community features and iCloud sync are optional. See the privacy policy for details.
